OFF-ROAD DRIVING PACKAGES

MUDDY GREAT START
This session lasts around two and a half hours, and you will be placed in a group with up to three other participants. After a short, informative briefing session, you will have the opportunity to drive our jacked-up Kia Jeep around our steep-sided valleys. Then you will move on to a drive in our Jungle Run in a fully caged and modified Land Rover 90 Defender. Finally, it will be time to take one of our purpose-built fully caged 4x4 trials buggies over a course too challenging for a standard-bodied 4x4 vehicle.

OFF-ROAD DRIVING TUITION
This session lasts around two and a half hours. Leisure Pursuits have a wealth of experience in off road tuition, so whether you wish to undertake an expedition to Africa, tow a horsebox over muddy fields, take your 4x4 for a play wading in rivers, or just know how to use your four-wheel drive in severe weather, we will tailor your session to your own needs.

THE OFF-ROAD CHALLENGE DAY
This is a full day (from 9:30 am to about 3:30 pm) of off-road adventure and fun, where you will be placed in a group of four to six participants. Six activities are attempted, three before and three after the two-course luncheon which we provide at the local pub: the Jungle Run or Meadow Meander; two off-road trials courses in purpose-built buggies; two quad bike activities, the first on a 125cc Breeze over an obstacle course and the second a 450cc 4x4 Kodiak over challenging off road terrain; and then a chance to drive a particularly unusual off-road vehicle, such as a twin-engined Power Turn that does wheelies. At the end of the event, a trophy is presented for the best overall score.
Six or more friends may book as a group on any day of the week or date, subject to availability.

JUST THE BIG ONE
Here is an opportunity to drive a full size American-Spec Monster Truck. After meeting your co-participant, you will be introduced to “Grizzly”, and then you will drive a warm-up lap, reverse into a coned garage, and then drive a further practice lap before driving over two “police” cars.

EURO SPEC MONSTER TRUCK DRIVING
This experience gives you the chance to drive three different vehicles: a stacked-up jeep that meanders over a hi-view green-laning track, a Jungle Run in an off-road prepared Land Rover 90, and a Euro-spec monster truck (Hi-Lux based or equivalent) on a purpose-built course.
This experience lasts about two hours, and will be shared with up to three other participants.

BIG TOYS EXPERIENCE
This experience gives you the opportunity to drive three different big toys: a Euro-spec monster truck, “Black Ice”; a special drive in a full-size American-spec monster truck, “Grizzly”, which includes driving over two police saloon cars; plus a time-trial operation of a three ton Kubota KX71 360^o earth mover, knocking skittles over and bucket-kicking footballs as you track the machine.The session lasts about two hours, and will be shared with up to three other participants.

MAXI-MONSTER EXPERIENCE
This session lasts about 2.5 hours. It includes the Jungle Run in a Land Rover 90; driving “Black Ice”, the Euro-spec monster truck; a challenging off road course in a purpose-built off-road trials vehicle, including the opportunity to do a deliberate sideways roll-over; and a special drive in a full-size American-spec monster truck, “Grizzly”, which includes driving over two police saloon cars. You will share this experience with up to two other participants, and will come away with some fantastic memories.
