UK Monster Trucks

Although Leisure Pursuits is the only place where you can drive a monster truck. There are plenty of other people who own them. Some build them as a hobby while others compete with them.
Although there are more than I have listed here, this list displays the most well known, or the most inspiring that I could find. If any of you are thinking of engaging in the monumental project, that is building a monster truck, let us know. We would love to hear about it.
So this blog is dedicated to some of the monster trucks to be found in the UK. If you are aware of others, by all means let us know and we will include them on this site.
UK Range Rover Monster truck
This truck seems to be a labour of love. A long time in the making which the gallery and text adequately show, and we think it looks really quite good.

Big Foot #17
Yes, England has its own Big Foot, though i doubt you needed me to tell you that. Owned and driven by Nigel Morris, you can find more details here.
Swamp Thing
Driven by Tony Dixon, and built in 1994, we think this is a leery looking monster truck. It was once an American truck named Dragon Slayer, renamed as Captain Insano but then found it’s way to England to be refurbished and renamed. You can find more details here.
Red Dragon
Red Dragon, driven and owned by Rob Williams, is currently the only monster truck in Wales. (As far as I know) and we think it looks great! You can check out their website here.
Grizzly
Grizzly, once a well known monster truck named Heartbeat of America, is currently owned bgy Leisure Pursuits (Thats us!) and is used to allow those who ordinarily arent able to drive a monster truck, to get in the drivers seat and give them the time of their lives.
Black Ice
Black Ice is our Euro spec monster truck. Along with Grizzly, Black Ice spends it’s days letting people experience the true sensation of monster truck driving.
